I've finally registered here after a long time watching from the sidelines. Like (probably) most of you, Wes' creations struck a chord with me long ago (I did my first wheeler and grind on a PC Tail Tap back in 1979) that still resonates - Esus4 I think - a big, ringing, unresolved chord!
I'm not a massive collector of boards, I like to keep it simple, so what I have is what I ride or have ridden in the last 10 years or so. The current rides are a second generation 10" quadplane (probably my favourite shape ever) and my beloved superpig.
At 51, self preservation has kicked in, and I ride with a great deal more care than in younger years - I just feel blessed that I can ride at all, and want to make sure that I can continue. I'm blown away by how some of us older guys keep getting better - unfortunately I'm not one of them!
It's always a blast to check out the collections you guys have, and the fantastic boards & artwork that Wes keeps on coming up with.
I could go on and on, but will leave it at that for now.......Cheers,
