Had this deck handed to me yesterday, "Here, this will look better on your wall than in my storage unit." Know it is a killer one, but don't know much else about it. Enlightenment please.

Per my limited research... 1985-87 made..... May have been several similar screenings... May have led to the more art-zee "Limited Edition" I think SC had a Special Edition Team Skate
Jim Phillips design I believe....

That model was made in 84. I have the original I bought directly form NHS in 84, it's beat to hell. My favorite board ever. Wanna sell it?

Mike, you contiue to amaze with your unbridaled knowledge of skateboards and their history! Just AMAZING!
Thanks SeaWolf, and I do not. When I am gifted with something such as this, I don't feel it is completely mine, so I tend to keep them. Folks come back and look at the things they have given me to hang, so I would feel foolish if it was gone and I had profited from it.

yeah...jim phillips design...theres a pic of one on pg 47 of "the skateboard art of Jim Phillips"
That's a killer board. Don't you love it when shit falls right into your lap? It's good that people know you appreciate that sort of stuff...it's a win/win for you and them.

That deck has a great shape. I have a white one with the pink SC and 7 ply on the tail and had a red one yellow graphic with 5 ply on the tail.
