Oh man, Joe Martinez (Giants) just took a line drive off the forehead.  REALLY scary.  I hope he's ok.  Even if the injury isn't too bad (and it could be), the fear factor after that could wreck his career.

lots of Baseball for Easter  Mariners @ A's in less than 10 min.  Bad deal with the Angels loss, R.I.P. Nick Adenhart.  Tim (plumber) was the first to mention it to me last week.

ENJOY the GAMES Today.

I just scored tickets for the nationally televised Brewers/Cubs game tonight.  Last night, the Brewers' "closer" gave up a two run ding to Soriano in the 9th to lose the game for the Brewers.   Man, you've got to have a good closer to win ballgames.

Chicago is not far away, so Cubs fans show up in big numbers.  It sucks to have that many fans for the opposing team in your home park.  I used to think the perpetually losing Cubs were kind of cute when the Brewers were in the American League.  But, now that the Brewers are in the same division as the Cubs, I've grown to hate the Cubs.

hat happened to all of the (three) baseball fans we had.

Itchiro hits a GRAND SLAM in the bottom of the seventh.

I know with the M's track record, you would never catch me saying that they are LEADING THE AMERICAN LEAUGE  no way in hell would I say that. never

Roy Halladay just threw a no hitter for the Phillies to beat the Reds in Game 1.  Only the second post-season no-no in history.  Pretty cool.  Yanks and Twins on now.  Former Brewer CC Sabathia on the mound for the Yanks.  Twins new stadium looks nice.

Giants have the pitching, but lack the bats to
make it to the WS.
They'll be out in the 2nd round at the latest.

I'll be pulling for the Philly's this season. Found out a couple of weeks back that a gal I went to high school with her son is a releif for them "Worley" #49. It's his first year in the big leagues and he got his first win the night of our class reunion. Sac boy in the MLB!
