Well here it is, the infamous BDS Gambler first graphic car paint deck in its entirety for the world to see! It is hot red #14 of 22 ever made.
Deck is straight as an arrow with a matching red top stain. It is as virgin as it came from Wes, with no issues. It comes from a non smoking house so no smell other than the aroma of grailness [crazy]
Pictures of deck show glare but be assured there are no issues with deck so just hit me up if you want more pictures.
$700 shipped via USPS Priority in the USA and $740 worldwide!!

Here we go with the car paint prices again, 100 to 200 bucks off of a hand drawn price? That is not a steal, it's not one of a kind there are 20 to 30 of these out there.
I'm not saying it's over priced but you called it "a steal for a CP that NEVER comes up for sale!" which it is not, it's full price or maybe a little over.
Is it worth it?
We shall see.

Why are we debating whether or not it's a "steal" at this asking price?  The reality is, these decks don't come up for sale very often and they have typically been highly sought after.  If the demand (sought after) exceeds the supply (rarely offered for sale regardless of how many are out there and there were 5 different colors that I know of, so at most 4 or 5 of each), that has more to do with the price and value than whatever full price is or was.

Should those of us here be trying to drive down the value of these decks even more?  I respect Chris going with what seems a fair market value rather than some arbitrary price set only in someone's head.  I've had two Gambler CPs and the one I sold was for this exact price.  The fact is, few BDS/BDA decks maintain or increase in value anymore because there aren't a lot of buyers here or eBay.  This is one that does.  The other fact is if/when Chris is contacted about this deck, he more than likely will receive offers lower than his asking price.  The question shouldn't be how do we drive down prices here, but rather is this a fair price.  Based on the lack of sale threads with this deck being offered, some of us feel it is.  If you don't and you want this deck, send Chris a PM with an offer.  I've dealt with him before and he's always been a good guy to deal with.

Bump for a rarely offered, awesome deck.  GLWS!

Obviously okay to offer your opinion, but between this one and Cody's Z13s, your opinions do nothing more than drive the price down.  If that's your objective, just call it what it is.  If you're interested in the deck, maybe a PM to the seller would better serve this purpose.  If not, you're only hurting the seller, even if that's not your intention.

Mike I wasn't going to say anything at all until it was mentioned that the price is a "steal" for that deck. We all know that is not true. It is on the high side.
Saying it is a "steal" is implying that it is under priced for what the seller is asking for it.
Which can be deceptive to a buyer, so you saying that I'm trying to drive the price down is the same as me saying that you are trying to drive the price uP (because you own one and I don't).
If the asking price is a "steal" what isn't the "steal" price?
I'm not driving down any price, not at all.
The buyer and the seller will settle on a price which most of us will never know what that was, and is truly not my business.
But when the list price is out there, well then open season.

All fair Giants, although I don't think I've said anything about the price except to say it's a fair price based on my experience with this particular car paint graphic.  That's not driving the price up.  I personally wouldn't argue this is a "steal" or not, as that's subjective, but it's true these don't come up for sale very often. If someone is interested, dealing in PM is a better way to do come to an agreement on price.  If not interested in buying, then I'd question the motive of posting negative comments.

And to be honest, those of us who own are glad to see decks being offered at something other than fire sale prices.  I haven't bought any deck to flip and make money, but I also appreciate seeing decks being offered for (in my opinion) fair prices.  Good discussion IMO.

GLWS Chris!

[thumb] Right on Mike.
BTW when I used to put decks up for sale in the past I would never post prices.
I would always say "pm me if interested" for this very reason.
