Bones Reds are the best cheap bearing IMHO.  Rockin' Ron's Rockets are so much better for less than $10 more.  Like Guyster, said, save your lunch money & buy some Rockets!

hey,
save your money and get some Rockets. $25
btw, the ceramic Rockets aren't $140.
if you're paying $140 for ceramics, you're getting
screwed.

Listen to the masses.  We mostly run Rockets around here i believe.  You will not be let down.  Best 24 bucks you'll ever spend.

Is there even a reason to chime in on this post?  Get some Rockets.  Sure they are a little more $, but in the short and long run you will be glad you did.  They are more than worth the extra dollars above your target price.

I'm going to get a set of Rockets for the new BDS Shogo board! I've been trying to get our local shop here to carry Rockin' Rons, but so far the Groms have no clue and won't listen... Like the majority of my skate supplies, I'll just have to buy them online. Maybe when I let them try this board when it is set up, then they'll listen! Hey, thousand of real skaters can't be wrong...

RDT, grom street skaters don't want the speed of rockets.  They like their bearings slow and crappy so they have all the time in the world to reposition their feet, scratch their butt, set up for their next flip trick, etc.  It's a rare thing to see a street skater speed freak at my local park.

another great thing about rockets is the fact that you barly have to clean them.  i have had my set for about 3 months and it is about as dirty as my bones would get in a week
