I use tinypic.com
Just as an alternative idea...

But like others say: You have to store on your
computer (web page or documents in my case)
then I upload pictures to tinypic, right click cut & paste it
to Bulldog thread of choice...

Photobucket has a mobile app for your phone.

Are you trying to submit photos to the skater's gallery or are you trying to post photos to the forum?

@70sSkater - I'm trying to do both. I know there is an app, but I don't want to update my software. I'm scared ill lose things (my friends have lost photos and contacts) and I don't want to lose pics of my dog.. (I don't have her anymore)

The monthly skater's gallery isn't being done anymore, so whatever is sent to that e-mail address may be bouncing?

As others have said, photos have to be hosted somewhere before being posted on the forum.  If the photos are already hosted somewhere on the web, you can just copy and paste those photos to your post.

Do you have an iPhone and, if so, what OS do you have?  I think I have iOS 5 on a 3GS iPhone and the Photobucket app works fine on that.

If you have to update your OS, then, yeah, you better find a reliable way to back up your data either to a computer or to a cloud.   Most cell providers now have clouds which automatically back up your data.  Check with your provider and see if they can set you up with a cloud that will back up all your photos.  Then you won't have to worry about losing them when you update your OS.

Pretty frustrated- have to be missing something simple, been trying for hours and reading all posts I can find.

Downloaded to Photobucket, at 640 x 480.
Control C the IMG address
Click on the photo icon in 'reply'
Control V
Address appears, but nothing happens- I've hit 'enter' (and not), waited for 30 minutes, nothing.
What the hell am I doing wrong??!!

I always just copy and paste into the image dialog box the "direct link" from Photobucket.  Click on the gear looking thing in the upper right corner of your Photobucket image. (Roll the cursor over the image for the gear thing to appear).  A drop down menu will appear.  Click on "get links" or something to that effect.  Then left click on the "direct link."  The link will highlight momentarily in yellow and then say "copied."  You do not have to right click on the link to copy it.  Then paste the link into the BDS Image dialog box.  Hope that helps??

You're so close and, yet, so far.

70's
Thanks so much-
I did what you wrote and am still in same spot.
The URL is in the BDS box, and the cursor is flashing at the end of the URL, and nothing happens. Hitting 'enter' does nothing. There's a sentence that it may take a few minutes to download a large pic, but the size is 640x480, and I don't see that anything is happening. I've waited 15 min this last time with no action.

You clicked on the "Insert Photo" button (looks like a tree icon) on the BDS tool bar to bring up the URL box?  If you paste the Photobucket "direct link" in the "Image URL" box there, the image should appear immediately below it.  Then you just click "OK" in the lower left corner and the image should post.

I'm not sure what size my photos are set to on Photobucket.  If I remember correctly, I set it for "15 inch monitor."  Not sure what that comes to in terms of image dimensions.  I'll have to check my Photobucket settings.

Out of all the choices for links in the drop down menu in Photobucket, only copy the "Direct Link" and paste that in the BDS URL box.
