An impressive lot indeed, oldskool, and a tough act to follow, but what the hell. A couple shots of my modest slalom quiver:

Reissue 29" G&S Woody slalom with Santana Chuy trucks and Tunnel Rocks
28.5" Santa Cruz with ACS 651s and Kryptonics C-62s
28" Fibreflex with Tracker Full/California Slalom and 3dm Cambrias
26" Fibreflex cutaway with Tracker Full/California Slalom and Kryptonics Slalom wheels
28" Hobie flex with California Slaloms and Hobie wheels
27" Bahne slalom with Bennett Pros and Power Paws

Nice.

Is that the "wide" Bahne slalom board?  I remember the wide one looking so fat next to the toy store (Nash & GT) boards were were riding back then.

Those Jaguars were the deck to have back in the day....
a Turner if you were rich.
Now no one on the circuit slaloms parallel anymore...
The one that did, just retired- so bummed that me, a chick, beat him.
True story, he left Saturday afternoon, took the timing system with him,
leaving us without on Sunday...

I started my slalom journey with one of those Bahne reissues. I currently have one of those 3dm decks flipped to make it a rocker deck. Could never get used to the camber on that deck.
