wall thickness looks greater than sched 40 pvc

sched 40 = affordable

anything besides sched 40 = expensive

that would require 3 jigs and ... hours paid for by love

Hey Guys.
They are a rare beast. I was lucky enough to find one many years ago...as I needed it for a setup build. It's the only one I've ever seen (Outside old pics).
Anyway...I still have it..here's a pic.
My email is mwwstone@hotmail.com ...drop me a line pigiron666.

I would like to see one of them mounted under a board. Never seen one like that before. It's just another kind of lapper, right?

Dave Hackett, 1979 Dogbowl contest:

"Devo carve":

Other early lappers, by Functional Design & Lip Slider, that I found pics of:

A friend had one of the Functional Design ones.  That metal used to make a banshee screech when you'd grind across it!  That got everyone's attention.  I'm sure the Clyde Slide, along with the other plastic ones that came later, worked a lot better.
