Had a bit of trouble with the grip, but after its first run tonight, it may squish down.  Love the OG "saw blade" stuff.
Tracker Dart Stabbs, Dub Cons, Swiss Six.

Damn that's a fugly grip job. No chance that it's going to settle down. Start again

Beamers are not easy to grip, you have to start in the middle of the deck and apply the grip sideways along the length of the deck at the same time.

Well aren't you a man of opinion TB.  The grip was hard enough to get, so there is no starting again.
I did everything that I could.  Even started with windex so I would be able to move the grip around.  Part of the issue was that the grip was quite old and did not stick everywhere, so I had to add glue in some areas.  That being said, I am going to skate it MOTHER FUCKER, so I really don't need perfection.
My feet will stay put regardless if I have a ripple in the grip.

And WTF is a Beaker?!?!

Love that Board!  Killer setup!  [thumb]  You might try taking a needle and poking a couple of pinholes in the bubbly parts of the grip?  That might help the tape settle down?

I LOVES my Beamer Fish, it's a great rider!  the grip tape was a bitch tho...

it's grip tape, who gives a fuck........... That board has character, give it some really good stories to tell.  The grip tape is the anecdote to the next level of rubber sole.

P.S. board does look great other than the slight imperfections in grip!
