Chris, thanks for sending that link about the air beam engineering from the man who did it originally-Scott Peck. great read and very interesting, articulate article too explaining the k beams and the never released tri beam-wow! Also, him meeting with Wes and Muir too etc. It's too bad that article wasn't included in the disposable skateboard book or maybe it was eventually in later printing? Even tho the boulder days were only for a few years at most, it seemed much longer back when it was happening- guess that's the magic of being a kid and plenty of real magic going on in that epic peak of skateboard design! another bad ass thing about skateboard design and times.
