It was the grind bar Lazers that were with it that drove the price!  And the auction isn't over yet!

I was looking quietly at it 'til it went over $200, the trucks would be PERFECT on the 10" Kryptonics foam board.  But, wow, $400+... ya never know do ya.

Do you think the deck could be a Sims??? The wheel wells and shape look very Toft.

I had that on the radar, since I live in the Badlands and skated Upland along with all the others back in the 70's.

 

And like you say unless it's a Sims or other OG stick, the art wasn't worth 400

cant believe that a set of grindbar lazers are worth over 400? kinda looks like a sims.

I bid over $400 on these. I have 3 sets of NOS Lazer 8s and paid around that figure for each of them. Thing is, how many NOS sets do you see on ebay? Next to none.

If I'd have won them I'd have left the board and wheels and just got him to send the trucks!

But heh,win some,lose some.

Oh, and for the record it 's a nice deck but I'm pretty sure it's not a Toft,compare it with my Toft-the wheel wells on the Badland board are much wider than those on the Sims.
