After looking at the grill photos over the years, I think that the grill masters need to post up some of their recipies.

The photos from Colin's 51st where the photo shows grilling all of the peppers/tomatos/etc looks like a great thing but how to prepare them. What peppers/etc are involved.

I think that there was another thread a few weeks ago showing making fresh salsa that followed the same pattern.

I would love to try that if the grill masters would share some of their secrets. I can handle the grilling of the meat portion but the veggies looks like a great addition.

Thanks in advance

I call it BBQ but there might be real BBQ experts on BDS....

FYI I found this clip on youtube about 4 months ago. The BBQ Pit Boys...

I think they have pretty good recipes, grilling process and presentation is enjoyable/hillbilly!!!
Listen to their intro song! Love the words and tune!!

Hope I gave you some fun stuff Skatedad!!!

cheers

Smokem if you gottem

I gotz me one of deez:
BBQ Apron - Gashead only 22 bucks here:
                                     http://www.cafepress.com/bulldogskates.22115123

I roll with one of these lately,
ever since I got my smoker, no more propane!
me likes to smoke me some Morton's Smokehouse tri tip, some racks of ribs pork or beef, chickens, and other things get smoked too......
I do believe asking for BBQ recipes is a great idea, I was blasted for it a while back.
and for the procedures:
I do the rub, smoke, then some dip sauces,
All rubs and sauces are hand made old timin recipes ....top secret........
I will trade for BDS gear......
can you say Fuckin A?
all veggies and such get brushed with olive oil and a light sprinkle of Garlic salt.
The real secret is not to rush the job, slow it down, not so hot at first, enjoy whats going on, take your time, and the result will be gnarly.....
geeeez, kinda sounds like sex, hmmmmmmmm BBQ and sex, both good, both worth the effort.
