A Dinner or Lunch idea 4 U & yours..PIZZA..... I did via oven vs grill. Its raining

Looks better than tasted. I used some/too much cilantro. Don't ask, brain dead.
Pillsbury pizza crust is very good, easy to use, bakes up quick! But not quite the
Round Table Pizza crust taste I was looking for. Process is very easy to as long
as you pre-cut, pre-cook, pre ready your ingredients to put on!!  LOL!
PM if want the particulars.......
Update Jan 3rd 2010!!...
Did again, NO Cilantro! PRE BAKING: Added and pushed into the dough dried rosemary, basile, salt, pepper. Brushed crust lightly with a olive oil rosemary I made; fresh rosemary in jelly jar and add olive oil. Keep rosemary covered in oil or will mold! Don't ask how I found out! LOL...
Completely changed crust taste to FANTASTIC!! PM if want more info...

I have to agree with Islandsk8r on that one. I have been so impressed with the photos you put up I have started talking to the place I get the gas for my old Weber about the Egg. I am getting the wife on board as well but the cost is steep for the initial purchase.

Paly if you have time either post here or PM me what you think are the basics for the egg setup. I think that the guy at the shop was trying to get me to get some stuff that I may not need right off the bat.

Either way, awesome grub, now I am hungry...

I like the "patina" that pali's grill has...
the idea that a grill has to be spotless every time you use it is, in my opinion, dumb...like propane...

I think it's more the way they explode and do flips in the air. You just can't get that same "flip" when shooting tomato paste cans. Same explosion but...no flip.
