Olive oil, salt and pepper and a HOT grill.

4 minutes a side.

Short answer: Smoked em  4 hours 200 degrees.

PM if want some particular bbq techniques I saw, used via TV &
Rib cookin championship LOL....

Happy Freaking Easter....
Garage door broke repair is$880 and guy is in my  man cave with the collection as I  type.
Non sk8ter, non collector, I hate it, my skin is crawling  

I did not grill this easter animal:

Grilled Korean Ribs... I marinated for 2 days. I just finished grilling em!!
Made from this cut of meat, but had butcher cut thinner than example picture shows.

I am gonna go primeval on these ribs in a minute!!!.
Might go Tri-Tip and cut thin next time.

won't you be my neighbor.....      you gotta rice steamer?  I've gotta get a professional type meat slicer first,  then maybe a steamer....   they have them at all the local asian markets.....    oh yeah I need a chain mail glove,  I stabbed myself twice cracking 6 oysters last weekend

You got ripped off on the garage door repair..........
I replaced mine with the very best opener(MY man cave), installed it myself, and had a pro come out and do some spring work and wiring, and came out 2 + bills less than you did.......
Food looks good though...........
Gonna grill a bit o salmon shortly.

I guess I forgot to mention in the Garage door deal the guy also threw
in a free poke me in my ass. So there!!  

Dem ribs came out awesome!! Best I have done.

Hope by midnight I can sit down though

Just did some waygu/angus burgers on the grill, seasoned with my own chili powder recipe and some jalepeno's  they were good!!
