I just started my smoker.
I'm pull'n some pork!
Wait, that didn't sound right.
Smoked Pork Shoulder, pulled & shred'ed for for southern BBQ yumminess.

@Keith (notice speling?) Your rib/marinate recipe would be greatly appreciated in Plumberville. Outstanding they were!

Yep...I wish we lived closer so we could skate sessions like that on a regular basis. Team Slack is very fortunate!

Oh baby. This shit rocks!!!

I guessed at the recipe. I only screwed up one ingredient. Instead of whiskey, I used Tequila. Not a bad mistake if you ask me
Good shizzle!

Keith's best girl

Conditioning hair

Appyling her magic

Ahhh....

That was tequila based. Tomorrow is the whiskey.

Today is the real thing. Got the 411 from "the man", after I had already made yesterday's sauce.
Today it's going on Baby backs. My kitchen & entire house smell so frigg'n good!
Hey Keith, is the whiskey for sauce, or to enjoy as you cook it? I did both!

Here's the indredients

And today's batch of secret sauce
The Red Stripe is not for the sauce. I needed it to wash down my Geritol & Flinstone's vitamins.
