WOW... Love that feast. Lots of tastes! Like the sausage portebella idea!
I ruined the Baltimore Crab Fluffs last night, one cocktail to many! So Pissed!!
Was successful with making 70+ oz of nectarine jam at least! Making more today.
Made pesto about 50oz last week. Ok betty crocker dave, enough!
Mine is not up to par on that turkey, sockeye salmon, shroom and cake feast! YUM!

I know everyone is laying low right now. 1.5 hours before the Car Paints go on sale!
Bought a 20lb Beef Rib Roast. Buddy and I, then had butcher cut it up. He wanted Bone in
Rib eye and I wanted Beef Ribs separate, with boneless Rib eye. I froze my rib eyes
and am having a Korean rib BBQ Saturday. I attached 2 pictures of my half of the deal.
$7.59lb vs about $10.50lb this way. I also attached how to do it yourself site.
Looks real easy if not cutting bone.
I wanted the long ribs cut in half and don't have the tools for cutting bone
so had the butcher do it. Took him 12min time approx!  More info just PM me.

BEEF RIBS from previous Beef Bonanza.
Marinated 24 hours via a Korean Beef Rib recipe.
Swear to God tastes like a Midtown Palo Alto White Vintage Man did em.
Side of Portebella shrooms and home grown red bell peppers!
Awesome flavor but ain't no Korean bbq skills in me!
PM if want the particulars.... David

Not that Fattening ...4 people eating/wolfing down the meal!!
Its got Veggies of shroom and bells in some olive oil, little salt.
The desert I did not show. That's what is killing me..

It is red meat. But lordy one article says red meat is
gonna kill ya then the next article they say have red meat nightly
with a shot of whiskey or something like that
Or is that glass of red wine nightly?
cheers

JUST IN TIME FOR THE 5pm California Time  CAL vs USC football game.
Green Egg Smoker's 5 hour Maiden Voyage completed!!
Pic 1 Smokin...
Pic 2 Pork Butt/Shoulder 7lbs. 5 hrs later and essentially done!
Pic 3 is the shredded bbq pork sandwich with Mom's Recipe Coleslaw topping! Side of baked homemade sweet potato french fries.
Made lots of sandwiches, lots of left overs. Very easy to use the smoker.
Best tasting bbq pulled pork sandwiches I ever made. Excellent flavor!
PM if want to know some minor changes I would make to my process....
