Found this on the bay recently; never seen anything like it, but is legit. Gullwings are unused, and Variflex wheels hardly ridden.

Any ideas about the board welcome, couldn't find anything like it in the research.

Looks like it might be reshaped into a flatland freestyle setup. The wheel wells are like the Variflex Stuart Singer model. Very cool

Is that a Warptail that's had some surgery? Haven't seen wheel wells with that shape before.

With that squared tail, I would say it's a modified KT-4.  I don't see any extra truck holes at the front so have to think it was modded and drilled when it was new?

Interesting. No signs of wheels wells or surgery, and original grip goes the length of the board. It if was chopped, then it was done extremely well as the tapering is exact on both sides and no signs of cutting at the end.

I did wonder if it was a proto or something, maybe something shipped downunder? The gullwings seems out of sorts though, they came much later ('78?) this board seems quite early.

it's a G&S freestyle deck. I have one. Those aren't wheel wells, they are for finger flipping grabs. it has not been reshaped.
