Zjunkie and I were talking and I got to wondering if this Fibreflex I have is a Hotdog model? 3 hole, rocker, no kicktail.

Mark in the UK (KRAM) has posted up pix of Hotdogs he's restored in the restoration corner.  This is a link to the last one I found there on page 96:

Tail shape looks a little different.  And the one he restored is 24", but I'd reach out to him.  If not a Hotdog, could it be their Freestyle model?

Hola Ouch, zjunkie, & MDMike

I have been lucky enough to pick up 2 of the G&S Hotdogs, the board in the picture is cool as it can be. However its not the Hotdog cut tail your seeing here. The tail cut is more pronounced in the diamond shape. Enough that when you see it, your eyes will tell you right away of the difference.

Great board never the less -- natty bottom, 3 hole is a real hands on early build from the G&S shop!!

I thought 3 hole bennetts only had 3 holes and
rest of baseplate was solid.... Maybe these are "first series" 3 holes...???

That's an early Freestyle model which was later replaced by the Cathey Freestyle, they are almost identical but the Cathey had the thicker 'Stifflex'. The Hotdog (also called the 24" Slalom in some ads) was totally flat with a pronounced diamond tail and front truck holes very close to the nose. I restored this Freestyle 3-hole one for Dan as well.
