Figure I better formally introduce myself. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Would love to meet and roll with any of you locals.

I skated in the 70's and 80's, had a blue Jay Adams, with Bennetts and OJ's back in the day. I quit for many years and then took it back up about two years ago when the city built a sweet park, right down the street from my house. So I am new to the fabulous BDS world. I currently have a Blue foil 12" beamer (photos posted in The Set Ups Section) and just bought a purple stain Q11 Tailgunner. Really dig the art and functionality of Wes' creations.

I have been wearing out the search function, trying to educate myself on this stuff. So I hope to talk with all of you at some point, and I'll see you in the forums. Thanks for allowing me to learn from you all.

Peace,
Vance

Yes, The DFW Old Man Skate Cartel is very active and full of some of the coolest dudes I have ever had the pleasure of hanging with.
Haven't met anyone who claims to be the hair fairy yet. But, Ronny Armstrong has some damn fine looking locks for a gentleman of his advanced age. [smile]
I'll ask around for the fairy.
