Hi - I'm 52 and I'm from Germany ( Excuse my English I learned it at school in the 70's and I was rather skating) At that time, DTS-boards were for us "Holy Grail's", we knew them only from magazines. Later in the 80's I got my first one and save them up today. When I last saw then a reissue of my Z-Warptail, awoke the Sktaboard fancy a new. But now more for collect, than to ride [wink]

On Facebook i found Jim and a few days ago also Wes and i'm happy to hear about my old Heroes. And more happy to see, that my living legends build until today extrem beautiful Boards.
So i hope i can also buy some BDS-Boards in the Future, to complete my collection [smile]
I think Wes build fantastic Boards/Designs, that no other can do!

I hope we have a fantastic time here and Wes create more Beauties for us all in the Future!!

Hello Katana and welcome from Maryland, east coast of US.  And another 1963 product!

Edit: I sold the teal spray railed Beamer to Katana a couple of weeks back.  The man has a true appreciation for Wes and his artwork.  [thumb]

@ Steven
Auch aus Düsseldorf [wave]
Ich hoffe ich darf Dich ab und zu mit Fragen belästigen, wenn mir mein Englisch und der Onlinetranslator nicht weiter helfen [wink]

Sorry for the short german part. I think my english would be better in the time here with the amazing members.

Welcome to BDS - Your English is far better than our German, mainly because there can't be many on this forum who can speak it.

Enjoy.

"Achtung" is possible when i ride my bike [wink]
It's an old "Suzuki Katana 1100" from 1982. But i want to restore it.
The engine gaskets werde damaged and she lost a lot of oil, and much other parts...
