Leave them. They look cool to me.You might have ghosts all over the deck, and then some asshole like me will be paying $150 for replacement Indy stickers to cover up the shadows!!!

Question, does anyone know what the hell this hanger is???
It looks like it an Indy, hand fashioned/unpolished.I've never seen anything like it before. Is it Indy, knock off,I have no idea.Looking very stage 2 though. It was in a box of hangers I bought a few years ago.No mate though.

Thanks guys.  Yes I'm coo coo for the T-Hangers.  Got my first set in 79' when I turned in my Lazers 8" for a set of 151s, still on my Ray Bones.

PR79...Wow, totally drool-worthy. I've got 2 sets of the 131s and a set of Stage 2 151s. The decal thing blows my mind... $130.00 for a single vintage Indy sticker? I just scored a set of slightly beat Stage 1 169s for $102.00 on Ebay and I thought I went too high, but I'll take the trucks over one sticker any day. Those old stickers are really cool, though.

Hey All,
Help! Please! I just picked up that set of Stage 1 169s for my BF and one of the axles is significantly off-centered. I've tried to correct it, but I'm afraid I'll strip the axle threads if I keep f-ing with it. Is there anyway to remedy the situation? Did I just waste a bunch of hard to come by $$$? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks, joepa.

klunkerbill, if you put a wheel on the shorter end and crank the bolt on tight to pull the axle through it might work but, use bearings you don't care about. Or bang the longer end of the axle in the housing to even it out, it might not strip but, if it does.. I have a set of trucks that the axle is stripped, it just slides freely back and forth in the axle housing. I just put a set of wheels on each end, screwed them both on evenly and it seems to work fine. So, I wouldn't be too afraid of stripping it, especially if it's just for a wall hanger. But, that's just me. I'd be more worried about scratching up the alloy housing and making it look like crap.

Parkrider...Thanks very much. I'll give it the old crank down and tap tap tap and see what happens. Seems like there's no question that can't be answered on these boards...whether it's about skateboards, surfboards, guitars, women, guns, or just about anything else! Thanks again.

Question: What is the hanger length of stage one 169's?  I got these recently but when measured they are approx. 166 mm? Any comments? Thanks.
