The Toft 11" is an insanely cool board and wider than it looks from the bottom picture 10.75 at the rear wheel well. Definitely the original trucks with era correct light gray cone top bushings and completely wore out softer bottom bushings. The wore down G&S Rollerball wheels match the wheel bite perfectly but looked ridiculous small on this setup.

Picked up this Toft blank awhile back from Truck Bolts. It was unfinished only front truck drilled and top left bottom right wheel wells. Chuck added a couple wheel wells sanded and finished it off. I drilled the rear truck, gripped it, original Tracker ultralights, Sims Snake repour wheels, gorilla ribs and tailbone.

It looks like I could have drilled the rear truck a half inch forward judging by the wheel bite. I went with original wheelbase measurement at just under 17” front and rear risers are exactly the same distance from nose 2 1/2 and tail 5 1/2 as another complete I have. I stenciled the original griptape and made a template. Cutting the grip took me two times to get it right. Put the rails on to stiffen up the ride a little board has some flex. Had to grind down 1/8 off rounded edge of the tailbone to fit the square tail.

5 1/2' is pretty short. Does it feel heavy when you kickturn?

The only way to describe it TonyB would be a perfectly balanced kickturn with precision and control.
