Did I really just watch Roller Boogie?

Anyone admit to rolling to the dark side on 8 wheels in 79?
I'm not talking Lonnie Toft, more Fred Blood!

Hah! Yeh, I took off my Tracker half tracks from the home made Lonnie Toft 8 wheeler, and made me some boots, as per instructions in the UK Skateboard mag at the time.

I could actually get bigger air time, but it just wasn't skateboarding.

The Tracker half tracks have recently returned home to California via feebay!

I imagine them returning to an original Toft, bolted to some snakes and hanging in a sunny display case somewhere nice.
