Do any of you guys have any board suggestions for an 11 year old? Really appreciate any advice, thanks

Depending on what type of skating involved . At minimum safety gear , comfortable shoes , Indy's , and a good example . 😎🤘

I think Ratone in Colorado is the only member who rides a mountain board, but he doesn't post here much anymore.  He could probably offer some advice if you could get hold of him.

I have seen Jay Vonesh on facebook. Both of my boyz had mountain boards. Tried them out on a mellow ski slope once.  Carving back and forth is necessary to keep the speed down. It's pretty fun until a bailout is required. Then, not so much.

As this request is for an 11 year old I would say start him out on a regular long board so that the speed is kept in check and make sure he's got full pads and good lid and some slide gloves if you are skating mountain roads.

Jay definitely prefers Faceache these days, that would be the place to get hold of him.
