Anstee has used this site to profiteer and wring every c out of his treasure trove, giving precious little back. Who puts reference to this place in their ebay ad, hardly in the spirit of BDS. There were plenty of people interested in that DT here who would have paid good money for it; did it really have to got up on ebay? Outside of his "stash-story" what else has he contributed, not much.

If that's the last board, then that will be the last you hear of him. Adios!

yes it would have been nice to have put it on here for a couple of weeks with a price,if nobody could work it then off to ebay, darb may well have ended up with it then, and at least we would have had first dibs over it

it would not likely made much of a difference in price if he would have gone straight to ebay. In all fairness, I believe many items were sold to BDS members during the hay-day of this find.

Its not gonna be possible to make more than one person happy with this kinda sale. Its also very hard to love a collectible that cost top dollar.

I think its a good idea to burn at the stake the flippers and such -- but this one off last ditch sale was from a 27 page thread that started on BDS on 02/04/12 and was epic beyond all others

I sent Kevin well over $5k when he first posted his stash. Also had a couple other friends spend double of what I did. He's a good dude. and Always gave me extra when possible.

We had a Prime Minister called Kevin Rudd and around the election his nickname became 'Rudd is a dudd.' Perfect.

Kevin from Amphole in Berkshire take note.

Cheers J. I remember our phone conversations very well. You gave some much needed and valuable advice at the time. You are correct there was some frantic behind the scenes trading going on at the time, probably 90% of the stash went to BDS members.
