  Just wondering if anyone has been riding the new Powerflex 5 wheels and what their thoughts are on them .

just got a set of team mix  88 duro from socal skateshop haven't put them on yet. Hope to try them out this weekend they look really nice and are 63mm with a 40mm contact patch.

I just set up a deck new rider with the PowerFlex 5's

they are pretty good -- red 88A == very smooth, not to soft, perfectly balanced 
Bearing fit excellent. great cruiser wheel

Correct -- the core is not a core -- it is a harder dura center -- best i can describe it.

Nice cruiser  wheel, probably good for a ditch wheel, too slow for me in a park.
