Hello,

This is a set of NOS, never mounted, GULLWING kingpin protection set.
« Golden type » color ! I’ve never had this color in the other sets I’ve had.
They re on sale on ebay France but if a BDS bro need it we can work out a deal.

Oooops! Looks like I hit a nerve with the ebayer himself. Ok, maybe my remark was uncalled for but I was almost that "sucker" that was going to make a bid for the "golden" Gullwing split brackets if it wasn't for some members on this feed that made their experienced personal comments about it.

joemax, it's really just a dumb ass thing to say, especially about an established member here who is well liked and respected.  Please don't try to make yourself out to "almost be a victim".  It was pretty obvious it was his listing and he was just letting the members here know about his offering.

By the way, look at Fred's starting price....extremely reasonable.  Those brackets commonly sell for $75 - 100.  There's another set of used ones on eBay US for $100 plus shipping.

Appreciate Nick's feedback into the coloring, but at that price and with the pictures and description, it's hard to imagine Fred was trying to sucker anyone.  Get a damn grip.
