Fred, do you get any wheel bite with that set up? I used to get serious wheel bit on my Bigfoot II with my Dub-Cons until I went to wedged risers. I'm pretty big though and I had 219 MM Tracker Trucks. Roger "Doc".

My weight is ( approx. ) 160 pounds and I use 1/2" flat risers... up to now, no wheel bite !
I'll try to be more "violent" with my Griffin next sesh' and I'll tell you.
I even plan to try wedged front riser.

Does anybody tried to set up a shorter front truck ?
i.e :
Front : Tracker six-track
Rear : Indy 215

Thanks,
Fred.

How do you like the 219's on the griffin? I'm getting ready to set mine up with shogo's and want to make sure the 219's will work OK.

You'll get a ton of hang. I have a little bit of hang with 184s and Dubcons. The 219s are an inch wider. I'd go with 184s with the Shogos.

Tracker 184's, Indy 215's or Webb Wide rides all work well on the Griffin. All those trucks are the same width, regardless of the numbers they each use.

Thanks Doods

That's some clear madrid that I ordered from Frank.

really close to the old Pizza clear that I had on my original DT Shogo airbeam. That shit was dangerously sticky!!

Rode mine for the 1st time last night set up with Indy 215's and dub cons  wedge riser with 1/8 flat and same height but flat in the rear.

Rogerdoc, it went unreal   loose trucks and NO wheelbite,  this is the same riser setup as i had on my BFII,   with the concave and sanded wells there is heaps more clearance.

Am thinking about running less riser and mini dubs,  but I feel these might be a bit too inboard in the rear     who runs mini's?   how does it go?
