I just rescued this set of 2 maxwells super max wheels from a motorcycle store. I think they used to use skate wheels as chain tension pulleys. Not sure though. When i get a chance they are going up in the bst thread. Just thought i would share them here first.

are they barrel shaped or is it just the pic? as they wouldnt be much use as pulley tensioners if they are barrel shaped, what year are those as ive never seen or heard of them before

i have no idea what year they are. it was just a guess that these particular wheels would have been used for that. i know standard shaped wheels were used as tensioner pulleys back in the day. i'll be posting them in bst some time next week. just thought someone on bds could use them so i picked them up.
