Good luck with that Brian, I've never got myself in that place with Hess. All has gone well for me with that practice!!

DT Bigfoot re release, Independent 169 stg 11, Tracker 1/2" risers, BDS DubCons.

This is an amazing carving machine that turns on a sixpence.

The board I always lusted after in 79. Back then I had a G&S Proline that I swapped at the skate park shop for a Sims 12" Superply, the nearest I could get to a Bigfoot.
I actually cut the Sims to a stinger shape, due to the max width of trucks at the time. I had Independent 131 front and 151 rear (typical period set up).
Swapped the Sims for a 31x11 Alva drip drop green & black splat.......

Nice looking rig!

I guess the Sims Gregg Ayres with the stinger tail would have been a better 12" deck for you back then.

Cheers guys!
Really loving some of these reissues. An opportunity to actually own what was once just a dream in a magazine.
I've sold off a lot of my old beaten up gear and replaced it with new wood (that can actually be ridden).
Indy stage 11's are so much better than the king pin snapping stage 1's.

Love the final product , the dub cons look sweet on the 169s . Any modifications to the rails ? I've mostly seen three hole mounts .

Cheers! The rails are just cut down Powell rib bones, due to the humongous wheel wells. Still getting slight rubouts!
