Wes
There was an ad in Concrete Wave awhile back for the Shogo Samuri deck and in that ad was a small picture of prototype art for the Rising Sun deck.
It was a small picture and even when I scanned it high res it was still blurry. You can see it on page 103 of your book. The deck I had Wes was the Shogo OOpps deck and the graphic on it was getting chewed up from RnRs and rolling in. I decided I loved th RS design and could not afford a real RS at the time so I made my own Wes. I'm pretty sure you must have seen this about a year ago or so. I did write you about it back then.
I have since then gotten a 34" RS from Taz, by way of C.O.(ICBM)
I love both of these decks.

Wes... When you work on a graphic for a PRO board, like any of the Shogos... Do you work with them?  Or are the skaters mostly hands off and you just come up with the art yourself?

First...I might as well ask because someone will, what board is it that that you are showing in that last picture? Something in the works there from BDS? Looks interesting and old styleee. Wedge kick?
Nice Flame/curl to that woodgrain also.
C'mon spill the beans.

Thanks Pimp but that deck that Wes shows does NOT look like a ply type board. It looks like a solid wood deck(sort of Loganesque).
Also the length to width of that seems like either a narrow deck or a regular 9-10 width and a longboard shape.
Guess only Wes knows for sure. Either way he can send it to me when he is done with it. He's got my addy.Ha!
