| This is awesome and I suppose it could have gone in the youtube thread but quite honestly I think it deserves it's own post.
This is just a few of the reasons I still wear Vans.......

| Killer vid, I've been wearing Vans for as long as I can remember, too bad there no longer made in the U.S.A. and the quality went down, but they still rock! |

True, Vans were a little more solid when made in the USA and their soles are pretty fast wearing, but I wouldn't want to wear anything else... |

| I remember sending off my order form from Skateboarder and waiting for them to show up in the mailbox. Sadly, I have clown feet now and Vans are too narrow for me. Does anyone know if any of their models is wider than the normal Vans? |

| Been wearing them my whole life. TNT 5's are my favorite right now. I've got a pretty wide foot and they fit me well. |

Vans. Never had heard of em back in my day LOL... 1966-78 lived in Virginia, Rhode Island and California.
After school wore; White Keds, PF Flyers, Converse with felt outside.
In school wore; Hush Puppies, Penny Loafers
College Wore; we called em jap flaps $2 pair at Pier One Imports. Felt type material was the y shaped strap, and main body of flap was a bamboo type product.
