I couldn't find a sticker thread. Surely I'm just missing it? This seems like something Pat woulda started, if nothing else?

If there is a sticker thread...just post the link and I'll repost there. If there isn't, here's the few that I have left, mostly from the early 80's. Check out the Zorlac and Schmitt Stik stickers...looks like they were screened and cut by hand. I know both companies were new when I got these. The North East Skate Slops sticker is where Dr. Rick had the issues with the park owner. That was our only park back then. It's buried under tons-o-dirt...right down the road from where I skate now...in our only concrete bowl. Things don't really change much in San Antonio...even ater 30 years.

Here's a shot of my humble pile. I have a few more (& some doubles) but these fit nicely in the frame.

As a kid I was crazy for stickers — though more for "collecting" than actually "sticking." A total pack rat even then. I guess it was an early red flag, an indication of the sick bastard I would one day become.

Enjoy.

I think it's more the way they explode and do flips in the air. You just can't get that same "flip" when shooting tomato paste cans. Same explosion but...no flip.

It appears Pat has sought lots and lots of help with a former sticker addiction....would explain a lot.

Nothing super old because I never had the forethought to collect. Very 80's collection.

Most of mine ended up on decks, helmets, ramps....and high school trophy cases and the San Antonio city buses. We use to plaster Skate Slope, Zorlac and Schmitt stickers EVERYWHERE since we got them by the dozens for free!
