Anyone here have much experience with Tracker FasTrack rkp trucks? Putting together a longboard deck and have been wondering about these. I had a set for a short time when they first came out and don't remember much about the except for the big bushings.

I didn't like the FasTracks for low speed carving but, if DHS is any indication, they are probably great at higher speeds.

I had a look at these a while back as an idea for setting up on a pig rider, I was looking for a reverse kingpin truck that would be sort of similar to the Variflex Connections truck. Most modern trucks of this type look kak and space age, the tracker FasTracks are a little more old school in design. I've come to the conclusion that unless I win the lottery, I'll never get my hands on a set of Connections[bawl]

I've a set of RKP trucks (Globe Slants, they where cheap!) on a short slalom(ish) board with no nose or tail, and it's real whippy on turns and great fun. All the RKP trucks use a similar geometry so I can't see the Tracker being any worse, the action angle is usually around 45 degrees, so that's a 1 to 1 ratio, 1 inch of sideways pressure to 1 inch of turn.

I'd say get a pair, try them out and report back. You can always sell them to me if you don't like them!

Don't know if they are still making them but I've found several sets for sale online.

On one of my longboards I run a FasTrack on back for stability and a Revenge (torsion style single bushing truck) on front for surfy turning. FasTrack performs similar to a Randal but you can use the large or regular bushings on it.
