No chance of passing the reissue off as OG

Wow, that's a sweet re-issue. Have to look damn hard to find the differences. I kinda want one now...

You'll need trucks with the old school (larger) bolt pattern unless you want to re-drill the deck or your baseplates. Deck was drilled just like the original. So older Indys Stage 7-8 or less or Trackers. Wheels probably look out of an offset bearing to add width. 169’s or 161’s with offset wheels or 215's 184’s with centre set wheels.

Yeah, I ran some old gullwing pro 3's which are like the same width as sixtracks or 169's? and had some mellow green shogos that fit just right, but you could do dub cons too I'm guessing. I've only been doing some neighborhood street cruising, but it's a sweet little ride-also the sk8 supply clear grip fit great too! I've not been riding too much the last couple of years due to an achilles tendon injury, but it sure feels good to cruise a little on this board

Thanks , I have a decent stash of "NOS" Black/Blue Six-tracks and a ton of 169s , a few 149/59s and a couple of 215s and Tracker 184s 🤘
Thanks to TonyB for the info about the general old school set up . Back when these were first issued I was a "broke 15 year old" . Now flash forward a couple of decades and I've managed to scrape up some serious gear . Thanks to all the crew at BDS for sharing pics and most of all set ups and selling some of the harder to find items that define the Dogtown culture 🤘
Aloha Garry 808 🎆🤘
