I have had a couple inquires into the Bigfoot Blue Bird, but as of right now I'm trying to find out as much as I can about the rarity of the deck before I can price it out. What I know is: it's 12" x 33" it has no side rail routs, like the OG DT Bigfoot deck has and like the Car Paint Blue Bird deck's have the only other natural Blue Bird Bigfoot I have seen was a 12" x 30" based on the reissue DT Bigfoot deck that has grey wheel wells I'll shoot Wes an email to see if he remembers any more about the deck and or how many was made. Hang in there....

I have a blue bird version on natural with green wheel wells. There are a few of those and either the dark gray Mark refers to and/or blue wheel wells done. The blue or dark gray wheel wells were available at Surf Indian during one of Wes's art shows there. Don't recall, but certainly may be wrong, these ever being generally available here. The BD78 was a limited run back in March 2011. I have one of those in a different colorway and they're pretty sweet. Not a car paint, but a much more limited run. Two very nice boards to own and Mark is awesome to deal with. GLWS Mark!

OK.. after a number of BDS members that came forward with more information it seems it's becoming a little clearer on a price. This is what we know so far: when this deck as first offered for sale the selling price was anywhere between $ 350.00 and $500.00 dollars at that time. It all depended on where you bought the board from, either directly from Wes or an online art gallery that was also selling them for Wes at the time. I think I got this directly from Wes, and I'm now checking my old emails to find out if that is correct. I want to thank everyone for the input on this. All this information helps everyone involved both the seller and buyers so we can come up with a fair market value price for this deck.

That Bigfoot is a serious grail and the deck has hand finished rails I know I used to own 1. This isn't some bullshit re-issue Bigfoot, this one is some serious shit. It came out with Carpaint Bigfoot, if you are lucky enough to own one of those this deck would be sick sitting right next to it's brother.

OK.. After further inspection I have found a few serious flaws with the deck Stress cracks have formed at all mounting holes and at the nose on the bottom layer of laminate. It has NOT compromised the graphic, please take a look at these photos if you have had interest in the deck.
